Our prepress department will begin when you submit and accept your artwork/files, approve the proof of press readiness, and receive all payments including postage and handling processing, processing speed, and print turnaround time. In the ordering process, you can choose the processing speed, which specifies the number of working days required for printing before delivery to the courier company. The proof of approval must be confirmed by 10 am Standard Time (CST).

We endeavor to fill and ship your order promptly. Stackuppackaging.com cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from delays in shipment. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, shipper delays, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Immediate charges will be refunded in the event of technical issues resulting from equipment failure during printing. Orders cannot be canceled due to delays in the printing process.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties on shipments outside the United States.

Stackuppackaging.com delivers free 5 business day ground freight to one location per order within the USA, with no quantity or weight restrictions. Other destinations charge additional fees. We do not guarantee delivery, delivery, and delivery times and are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or theft of goods in transit. Stackuppackaging.com is not responsible for damage in transit. Claims for lost or damaged goods may be made within 20 days after the date of delivery of the package.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address or make a shipping error, additional shipping and handling charges will apply to the return.
